  1. Hi there, I bought a CELITE-50 before the new cameo 4 came out. I have done the proper set up to use it with my silhouette software but I am still having issues with the cut settings. It changes to pen every time on the cutter. I'm not getting clean cuts no matter how many different things I try. Has anyone figured out this problem. I've emailed silhouette and have heard nothing but I saw a couple ladies comment back in October about this so I thought I would ask. TIA
