  1. Where do you get the tool for removing the cover on your blade? I've never seen it until your video.

    1. Mary, you should have received one with the bits and parts that come with a new machine. I can't remember now, but it may have been in the bag with the blade ... or in the bag with the adapter things. I found it for you on the Silhouette site. https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/shop/replacement-parts/blade-adjustment-tool
      Hope this helps!

  2. I had a problem with mine not cutting when I first got my Cameo 4, new blade, all checks appeared correct. Turns out that the blade cover on the bottom came unscrewed by itself in the middle of a cut! I had never opened it -- I guess it was shipped to me loose. It took a month to figure out what happened. :-( I ended up using my Cameo 2 to complete my projects until the source of the problem was actually discovered.

  3. Maybe someone on here can help me with a problem.
I am trying to cut a 1/4" circle in a bicycle playing card. Every time I go to cut it the circle ends up NOT being a circle. It's an oval. I've checked everything.
Can someone try and cut a few and see what tips might help.
So frustrated I would really appreciate the help

    Thank you all so much
