This step by step tutorial explains how so read on for yet another fun way to create custom stickers and labels with the iColor 250.  If you are looking for a Silhouette print and cut tutorial to make sticker sheets with a background, check it out here.

If you're not familiar with the iColor 250 print and cut sticker machine, it's a compact printer and cutter in one that makes stickers, labels, magnets and more. It's ideal for sticker businesses rather than hobby crafters based on the price point alone.

Start by opening the iColor CustomCUT software and setting your page size.

You'll want to import a digital background. I am using this seamless Valentines digital paper from So Fontsy.  To open in the iColor CustomCUT software just drag and drop directly into the work area.

You'll most likely need to size the image from the Position and Size window.  I like to set the width to 4" to match the page size. Keep in mind it won't print to the full edge of the page, there will be a margin.

Next bring in the sticker designs. You can bulk import and size sticker designs in iColor CustomCUT pretty easily. Select all the files to import > drag and drop into the work area.

Once they are imported > right click > select all. Then change the size as needed. I am making 1" stickers.

Move the sized stickers onto the background that you imported.  Arrange them as you'd like each to print.

Each individual sticker design will need to be traced.  Select the image and click the Trace button on the top toolbar.  Make sure you are on the Monochrome.  The default typically works well but you are looking to have a solid green trace with a single line around the edge of your design. When you achieve that click "ok".

You'll likely want to add a bleed, so with the cut line you just created still select go to the Path menu and click "Offset Path." Adjust the offset distance to your liking (and it will vary design to design). Repeat for all of the designs.

If you don't want the white edge on there, you'll have to use paper trimmer to trim it off and you've got yourself sticker sheets with a background made on the iColor 250.
