This issue usually occurs when a preference has been changed in your Silhouette Design Store account.
Sign into your Silhouette Design Store account.
Hover over the profile picture at the top right corner and click "Account Settings."
Select "Change My Account Info/Preferences"
Uncheck the box that says "Automatically download a copy of my purchases to my hard disk."
Exit out of the page and your preferences will be saved. Your designs should now once again begin automatically downloading and syncing with your Silhouette Library after purchase.

Hello, I enjoy getting tips from your website, however, I have a Mac and a lot of your how-to's for software typically go with Windows. Could you please include the Apple platform as well?
