Not sure how to access the free Silhouette designs that were included with your Silhouette CAMEO 4? You've come to the right spot.

All Silhouette machines come with a set of free starter designs - but sometimes it can be a bit of a challenge to find them.

When you purchase a Silhouette CAMEO 4 the free Silhouette designs will be automatically added to a folder in your Silhouette library after you've registered the machine and set up your Silhouette cloud.

Follow the steps in the below tutorial if you have not already done either or of these steps.

Once you've registered your Silhouette CAMEO 4 and signed into your Silhouette cloud in the Silhouette Studio library you'll want to look for a folder in the library called "Free With Machine."

Within that folder will be a sub folder called "CAMEO" and that's where you'll find your free Silhouette designs.

If you also received access to additional designs from the specific retailer where you purchased your CAMEO 4 or CAMEO 4 bundle, you will need to import those files into your library.  They will not automatically appear in your library.

Start by downloading the designs onto your computer.

If the free cut files are in a zip folder you'll need to unzip them to access the individual files. Then you can select multiple files at once and bulk import into Silhouette Studio by dragging and dropping them into a folder in your Silhouette library.

There are at least a dozen different file types you can import into Silhouette Studio - but not all files types are supported in all versions of Silhouette Studio.  Remember you'll need Silhouette Studio Designer Edition or higher to import SVG designs into Silhouette Studio.
