UPDATE: For a full set-up guide for Silhouette Link and Silhouette Studio Mobile, see this getting started tutorial.

It's the day all you Silhouette Studio Mobile fans have been waiting for!!  Silhouette America has fully released the Silhouette Studio App to both Android and Apple users!  The app has been available in the Android store for several weeks, but today it was released to IOS (Apple/iPhone users!)

Go to the App Store and search "Silhouette App" and it will appear. Download to your phone or iPad to get started.

You'll also need to download Silhouette Link from the Silhouette America website to your computer, which is necessary to cut from mobile.

Then you need to plug in your Silhouette CAMEO or Portrait to your computer and power the cutter on.

Within just a few minutes  of installing both, I had successfully cut  sketched my first design straight from mobile.

I'll have more on exactly how to use the Silhouette Studio mobile app soon, but in the meantime, check out this Silhouette School post on our first impressions of the Beta version. The bugs have now been worked out, but the process for cutting is the same.

By the way, the Silhouette Cloud is accessible on the app, but is not yet available on the full desktop version.

For a full step-by-step installation tutorial on setting up Silhouette Mobile and Silhouette Link see this tutorial.

  5. But the openness and its massive market share made Android vulnerable to frequent security attacks. There are many instances when security of millions of Android devices has been impacted by security flaws or bugs like Stagefright, 'Certifi-gate' mRST, FakeID, Installer Hijacking and TowelRoot.very coold video app
