Free 'Hand Wash Only' Sticker Sheet Set (Free Silhouette Studio Cut File)

It's Friday and that means I have a free Silhouette Studio cut file for you today.   This week's freebie is a sticker sheet set that should come in handy for those who add vinyl to glassware.

Almost daily I'm asked what the best type of vinyl to use on glassware is so it can be washed.  For the record, you want to use 651/permanent/outdoor vinyl.

BUT you also want to make sure that you - or whoever is doing the dishes - is hand-washing any items with vinyl on them.  Adhesive vinyl is not dishwasher safe.

Do I sometimes slip a monogrammed wine glass in on the top shelf? Of course.  Does the vinyl come off? No. But there's always the risk.

So when I make items that I give as gifts or sell, I always put a 'Hand Wash Only' sticker on the item, or on a business card that I slip in with the item, just to play it safe.
I created these Hand Wash Only sticker designs in Silhouette Studio awhile back and shared the tutorial on how to make your own - but I get lots of questions still so I thought it was worth giving you all the file so you're not re-inventing the wheel if you don't have to.

Please remember, this free design file can be used for your own purposes,
but the file or sheets of the design or stickers can't be sold in any form.
To download the file you will need a Dropbox account, but it's free, easy and fast to create.

For the step by step instructions on how to turn this file into print and cut stickers, check out this tutorial.

  1. I didn't realize vinyl on glass had to be washed by hand. I did an intricate design, gave the mug to a friend who put it in the dishwasher. It came out an absolute mess! Thank you for the tags!

  2. I'm new and this may be a stupid question, but how do I know if I download V2 or V3?
