It's hard to believe it's been 10 years since we launched Silhouette U - Silhouette School's premium membership-only platform.
Ten years later we've not only welcomed tens of thousands of members, we've also expanded and grown both our library of videos and resources, but also the services we provide to our members. We're celebrating with a Roll Back to 2016 Anniversary Sale!
What has actually changed since 2016
When Silhouette U opened in October 2016, it was a library of mostly Silhouette tutorials and options for personalized help through live chat, Q and A videos and a member-only inbox.
Most of you had a CAMEO and that was the machine on your craft table. But that's not what many of your craft rooms look like anymore.
Now it is a CAMEO plus a laser or a CAMEO plus a sublimation printer and a heat press. Or you've swapped your desktop cutter for a DTF printer or a Roland or a UV printer. You started as a hobby crafters and somehow found yourself selling to neighbors, friends, and on Etsy. You've mastered Silhouette Studio but are now looking for assistance with Embrilliance or xTool Studio or a DTF rip software.
As you've grown and expanded so has Silhouette U..and so have our support options.
What ten years actually built
Over the last decade we've not only added hundreds of videos to our library (with more added each month) we've expanded to cover Silhouette, laser engravers, Roland and Versaworks, sublimation printers, xTool and Eufymake UV printers, DTF, white toner and embroidery.
In addition to our original personalized support options including same day email support and personalized 1:1 chat - we've also added curated courses (we call them Curriculums), free mini guides, a monthly credit for fonts and design, and a resource and tools library that includes cost and pricing calculators, buying guides, and printable cheat sheets and settings tools found nowhere else.
Who it is not for
If you cut vinyl twice a year for your kid's birthday party, you can probably get by with the free Silhouette School blog or our YouTube channel.
But if you have limited time to craft and want to cut the learning curve, if you are running a business and can't afford to waste time waiting for answers or browsing through out dated tutorials, if you need a coach on standby and valuable resources that make it all work together - Silhouette U is for you! But don't take it from us, read the Silhouette U reviews from our members.
The 2016 prices are back until 10/10
So despite all the new benefits and videos we've added since our launch 10 years ago this month, we're celebrating this milestone by rolling back our prices to what our memberships cost in 2016.
For our 10th Anniversary Membership sale, a monthly Silhouette Membership is $9.99 instead of $14.99. Six months is $53.95 instead of $79.99. And our most popular plan - the yearly plan is $99.99 instead of $149.99, which works out to about eight dollars a month.
You keep whatever rate you lock in for as long as you stay a member. It is not a first year discount. Whatever you sign up at is what you pay, for as long as you stay.
The Anniversary sale deal runs through Saturday, October 10th - it's easy to remember: our 10 year anniversary sale ends 10/10.

We started the free Silhouette School Blog 13 years ago and three years later followed with Silhouette U. So many of you have followed Silhouette School in some way since our kids were just 2 and 5. You've followed our cross country move (can you believe we've been in CA almost 10 years now!) and my late 2024 cancer diagnosis and all the tutorials and videos in between. Just last week we sent that now 18 year old off to college. So...we thank YOU! We thank you for your loyalty, your "shares"and prayers, and for supporting our small business while trusting us with yours.
