Today I'm sharing 5 tricks for putting vinyl on round Christmas ornaments without the wrinkles!

I shared all of my tricks in a Facebook Live I did a few weeks ago on Silhouette School's Facebook page. Because that Silhouette video tutorial was so in depth, I have included it below and will mostly let it speak for itself.

I am including a list of links to the Silhouette supplies and vinyl I used below. The So Fontsy Farmhouse Christmas 2.0 bundle (available now ... but only 'til 11/4/19  includes the Scandinavian snowflake design!

But for those of you who'd rather read than watch...my five tricks for putting vinyl on round ornaments are also listed below.
  1. It all starts with having the right round ornaments and I think the flat rounds are the way to go since you get a larger flatter surface for your vinyl
  2. Make your vinyl decal smaller than you think! This helps prevent wrinkling
  3. Trim the transfer tape as close to the vinyl decals as possible
  4. Snip and Clip! Snip into the transfer tape toward your vinyl decal to allow for extra flexibility while applying
  5. Apply the vinyl decal from the center out to each side
