Free Weekly Meal Planner Printable or Planner Insert (Silhouette Studio Cut File)

It's Friday and on Fridays we share a free Silhouette Studio Cut File at Silhouette School. This week I'm sharing a meal planning design that can be used as a planner insert or as a printable to hang on the side of the fridge!

The meal planner design is sized to fit into a planner, but if you enlarge it in Silhouette Studio you could print and cut it and keep it on your refrigerator, too!
Since I know you'll ask...yes, I made all those stickers for my planner! Let me teach you my ways! You can learn how to perfect your print and cut and make awesome custom stickers in my latest ebook, The Ultimate Silhouette Sticker Guide

A few tips:
  • Change the background pattern and text offset color to whatever you like by changing the Fill Pattern and Fill colors.
  • Consider laminating the meal planner after you print and cut the design. Laminating it will make it re-usable with dry erase markers
  • If you are using the meal planner in your planner add a coil clip in connector so you can move it from week to week easily.
  • If you are are using the meal planner on your refrigerator, considering cutting a piece of Silhouette magnet material in the same size and attaching the print and cut design to it! Again, it's even better if you can laminate the paper first so you can use it week after week.

  2. I hate offers for free stuff that require you to buy something in order to get it for free. Can't open a file with that extension.

    1. What are you trying to open it in? If you choose to open in Silhouette Studio, it should open right up then you save it there

  4. Was wondering what the font was that you used. I obviously don't have it as mine came in with a default generic font.
