What is Rasterization and Why Is it So Important for DTF and White Toner Transfers?

The best way to avoid cracks and thick heavy t shirt transfers is by preparing the artwork before you even print your transfer.

Rasterization is the process of adding breaks to the transfer to allow it to breath, increase stretchability and softness, and limit cracking and wrinkling which can happen when transfer has large solid areas of ink.

Rasterization is particularly important with certain types of heat transfers like White Toner and even direct to film.  But how do you do this while keeping the artwork looking good at the same time? 

Software Setup Guide for ProColored TX800 UV DTF Printer

Installing the software package for the ProColored TX800 UV printer is not for the faint of heart. 

I would say this is probably the most challenging printer I have ever set up due to the multiple softwares and many, many settings.

iColor ProRip Tutorial: How to Print Multiple Designs on a Single Sheet with Uninet 560

To avoid wasting material, you can print multiple images on a single sheet using the Uninet iColor 560 White Toner Printer. 

The sheet needs to be set up this way in iColor ProRip software before you print. It's not only easy to do but you can fill the page with the same image or different images.
