First UV Print | Start to Finish Beginner Tutorial (Epson V1070)
Wednesday, December 24, 2025
Desktop UV printing took off in 2025 with the launch of the Epson UV 1070 and the even more compact and affordable EufyMake E1 UV printer.
The Eufymake was the most successful kickstarter ever if that tells you anything! You've probably heard of or used UV DTF transfers (they're like stickers), but flatbed UV printers like the Epson V1070 and Eufymake can also print directly to object.
I have a Eufymake on the way, but the Epson V1070 is already set up in my office so in this tutorial I'll walk you through my first UV print on the Epson V1070 using an inexpensive cutting board. (The size and passthrough of the Eufymake would allow you to print on a cutting board as well.)
I'll be honest - it's not perfect, but I find that I learn the most going through the process and learning from the mistakes and not being afraid to make them.

Unboxing The Epson F1070 DTF and DTG Printer - Video Tutorial
Tuesday, July 8, 2025
If you're looking for a desktop printer that can do both Direct-to-film and direct-to-garment - Epson's F1070 is specifically designed to be compact yet powerful!
This is actually my second Epson DTF/DTG combo printer. My first was the larger Epson F2100 which I absolutely love for it's ease of use and quality output. The Epson F1070 is a less expensive, smaller, enclosed version that's mean for the serious home user or shop that's limited on space. This desktop combo printer is about to change how you create for your home business.
