If you've been using glue to assemble your multi-layer wood, acrylic or paper projects, I'm about to change your crafting life. There's a BETTER way - one that eliminates smearing, hazing, and the frustration of trying to apply tiny dots of glue to intricate pieces.
The answer? Double-sided tape, specifically applied before you cut.
3M double sided tape sheets - or cut off a roll - is the next purchase you need to make. It will literally change your crafting life. This is exactly what to get on Amazon.
It doesn't smear, cause hazing or get all over your fingers! Plus because you can apply the double sided tape before you cut it's evenly applied even to the smallest pieces. It's also clear and extremely thin so even on transparent materials like acrylic it's not noticeable.
To use the 3M double side tape sheets, cut down a piece to the size of your material.
Peel the tape off it's liner. The tan paper cover will stay on for now.
Position on the back of your material and cut as normal.
