Here’s the breakdown: The original full Silhouette U membership gets you everything—the huge 700+ video library AND personal, same-day support via chat and email. The new YouTube membership is for those who mainly want a cheaper price and access to a smaller, curated library of exclusive videos. Finally, we even have a Support-Only option for those who just need the one-on-one help.
