Free Shooting Stars Silhouette Studio Cut File Design

It's time for another Free Silhouette Studio Cut File because that's what we do when it's Freebie Friday! This week I'm sharing a shooting stars design I created.

I used the design as part of a larger design I put together when I made a gymnastics sweatshirt for my daughter.

The great thing about these stars is you can layer them to really make them sparkle and pop or just cut them solid without a border or offset.

By the way you can find some cute gymnastics designs that you can cut on Silhouette CAMEO or Portrait from The Hungry JPEG.  This whole set of gymnastic silhouette vectors is only $3 and can be used commercially.

Anyway back to the shooting stars file...if you want to download it you can grab it from Dropbox and then open it in Silhouette Studio.

Please remember, these are for personal use only. If you want to share please share a link directly back to this blog post and not a link to the Dropbox file or the actual file. Thanks, friends!

  1. Hi, many thanks for the shooting stars freebie. Unfortunately I can't open the files on my mac via dropbox or silhouette v3 library. The files are downloading as .studio3 file, which isn't recognised. Could anyone help with this issue please? Thank you x

  2. Same here will have to wait an open them on my Mac air later.

  3. right click on the download, select open with, select show all applications, select silhouette, click and it should open as a new page, then save to library if its not saved already

    2. Thank you for your response. When applications opens, Silhouette is greyed out so I cannot open it to copy the file over. This is the message which pops up when i try to save to dropbox:The document “shooting stars.studio3” could not be opened. Dropbox cannot open files of this type. I'm flummoxed!
