Link It Or Lump It Link Party #53 (Plus Features)

Like it, lump it, link party
Welcome to the 53rd Link It or Lump It Link Party! I hope everyone has had a wonderful week.  Judging from the projects shares, it's clear you all are ready for back to school and fall!  Some great stuff this week, as always!

We've got some exciting stuff today - a guest host! Woohoo!  Deonna from A Child at Heart blog is joining us this week!  I'll let her introduce herself.

Hey! I'm Deonna and I write Child at Heart.  My husband, son, and I live in Texas but I have a piece of my heart in New Mexico too, my native land!  I LOVE to make homemade gifts for those I love and DIY projects for my own house.  I love scarves, musicals, and Dr. Pepper.  Please come over and say hi :)

(If you want to guest post, drop me a line and we'll get you all set up...we love guest hosts here at LIOLI!)
And now for this week's features, including my Silhouette pick of the week...

Can we just talk for a minute here about just how how amazingly beautiful and bright this office space is that Kathryn at House of Hawkes created! I might be a little jealous...if you saw the office where I work and 'play' (which my husband swears requires a hazmat suit to enter) you'd really understand why I'm drooling here! Love this from top to bottom...especially the fact that she made the marble top desk. Like she MADE it...with marble print adhesive paper.

Such a beautiful late summer center piece created by LuAnn at Lovely Livings. There's not much I like more than to decorate a table with than a flower box and hydrangeas.  Beautiful job.

Carrie at Kenarry shared a tutorial on creating a really cute wrap for sanitizer and I'm sure any teacher would appreciate it!  So much better than the 'before.'

And now for my Silhouette Pick of the Week...

This week I can't help but share Jennifer at Brave New Home's vinyl decal window treatments. This is such a genius idea and one I've never seen before! That's a plain ol' boring roller shade that she totally made like 105x times more awesome by simply adding black triangle vinyl decals! AH-MAZ-ING! Am I right, or am I right?!

If you were featured go ahead and brag a little - grab that "I was featured button" and show it off all proud! You deserve it!

Not a feature this week on 2IY? No worries, go check out the features picked by:
Allison from Dream A Little Bigger
Amy from Delineate Your Dwelling
Leigh Ann from Houseologie
Erica from Dwell Beautiful
Laura from Lovely Wren

Now let's get to the party. The more the merrier so go ahead, show us what you've been up to by sharing a link or two or three to your best blog posts (please link to posts and not your blog's homepage)!

The RULES – because a world without rules is chaos:
  1. Link anything you made yourself but not your Etsy Shop, Giveaways, or blog homepage.
  2. You must Link back Silhouette School to be considered for next week’s feature roundup! So grab that awesome button up there or link back to one of the party hosts with a text link.  We don't mind if you link up on a Linky Party page or on the post you're sharing.
  3. Don't be a link and leave blogger.  That makes us sad.  Click through one or two of your favorite links and leave some comment love!
  4. Please no repeats. If you linked it up last week, share something new.
