Silhouette Blades Explained! (CB09 and Chomas, too!)

From CB09 Blades to Silhouette's new Preium Blade and the Deep Cut Blades - there are a lot of questions about how, when and where to use all these different blades. I'm here to explain!

  1. I bought the deep cut blade and the paper-backed burlap you recommended (The Burlap Stack - Amazon) and cannot get it to cut on my cameo 2 --designer edition. I used the settings that you gave on this site and I placed the burlap with the paper side up (burlap side down). I'm also having problems with the burlap not sticking to the cutting mat.... a NEW cutting mat! I tried using painter's tape to hold it in place but that hasn't worked either. Help! I'm at my wits end!
